Sumedh Rajadhyax , an early and mid-career Corporate Coach with over three decades of experience in the IT and Financial Services industries.
I’ve had the privilege of working with a variety of organizations—including Indian and US-based multinationals—across geographies such as Europe, the US, and multiple locations in India. Over the years, I have held diverse roles in mid- and senior management, leading both small and large teams.
At various points in my own career, I felt the need to reinvent myself or change my career trajectory. What I often missed during those times was someone I could confide in, share my thoughts with, bounce off ideas, and rediscover my passion.
Throughout my professional journey, I’ve been able to support many early- and mid-career professionals as they navigated uncertainty and emerged stronger. With this in mind, I pursued formal training—earning an ICF-approved Career Coach Certification and becoming an Accredited Certified Career Analyst—and subsequently launched a dedicated career coaching practice.
I am an Electrical Engineer from VJTI, Mumbai, and hold an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. I have also completed multiple Senior Management Programs at INSEAD, the Indian School of Business, INSEAD, and hold Independent Board Member Certifications.
Currently, I consult with AI companies, combining my deep industry experience with emerging technologies.
